• We visit your home so you can meet us, ask any questions and inspect our many hundreds of recommendation cards.
• We will undertake checks to help us ensure that the correct cleaning method is chosen for your carpets or upholstery.
• Any particular requirements are discussed, such as you may ask us to move large furniture items.
• A written quotation is provided, detailing exactly the scope of work to be included. The price is quoted item by item and the total price is also shown.
• No deposit payment will be requested. We will ask you for payment only when the work has been satisfactorily completed.
